After discussion with Miriam we concluded with a decision:
Short term:
- libcryptx-perl was only needed for the ed25519 of dkim
- We didn't want to lack ed25519, but we also can not add it in unmaintainable
fashion
- For now we would complete the rest (mostly bug 2023971) of the
spamassassin->dm
This goes back to Miriam until the planned change is made.

Oh for sure, extending something existing sounds way better than coming
up with our own from scratch.
Not only might it be easier by not doing all the first-time-mistakes, we
