'reopen' may be inappropriate when a bug has been closed with a version;
you may need to use 'found' to remove fixed versions.

Umm, it seems you regenerated the autotools stuff but didn't
apply/include the rest of the patch. Predictablly the package still
FTBFS on armel and armhf.
