Ok, the crash no longer happens since libav 4:0.7.1-7, the current
4:0.7.2-1 is fine too.
(For the record, I can still reproduce the crash when using libav*,
libswscale2 and libpostproc52 versions 4:0.7.1-5 or 4:0.7.1-6.)
