It's possible that using bundled+patched boost would fix these
difficulties, though I'm not sure if this would be acceptable.

Anyways, imagine if Facebook just said "see the log file." but didn't
add "in Tools -> Messages". First the user will look all around his disk
for a log file. Then give up. Even if he does figure out to look in the
menus, he won't see something called "Logs" at any shallow levels.
What if a GUI is used, but the user wants access to the file where the
log is. It should say where.

Hi all,
There's a new release of SuperCollider out (3.7) and I've imported and
updated the packaging at pkg-multimedia/supercollider.git . It builds
and works for me (on x64), and I'd like to ask others to have a look
at it and consider testing/uploading

I can submit a compiler bug report, yes, but is there any advice about
how to progress with the supercollider packages? I haven't been able
to find any documentation about, e.g., setting the rules to ensure
build with GCC 4 (which I think will work fine).

I've imported it into git:

I'd like to mark this as "won't fix" because we're dropping the scons
build system. The latest version of supercollider 3.5.x (which I'm
currently asking debian-multimedia maintainers to upload) uses cmake
ender engine list ("-E help")
So I guess you can mark this as closed, or whatever magic it is you do
here in the BTS :)

Hey,
I ran into this the other week myself actually. I recall mentioning it
on irc, but I don't think anything became of it though.
Currently, even the latest svn revision still has the problem, so 2.62
testing probably wont help much here.
Anyways, I made an upstream bug report as well, since t
/sh failed: No error
(gdb reports: warning: Selected architecture i386 is not compatible
with reported target architecture i386:x86-64)
blender-2.60a-linux-glibc27-x86_64/blenderplayer gave:

Hey guys o/
Thought that I would point this bug report to the upstream report
(which is actually closed now):

Hope it helps a bit.

I was looking through some of the blender bug reports and noticed this
report and figured I would add some more info to it.
I originally ran into this problem on Ubuntu 10.04 around the same
time you did, and filed a bug report at:

Hi -
SuperCollider 3.5.x is now out - 3.5.2 just released. (Curently the
sid package is 3.4.5.) I've imported it into pkg-multimedia git.
I'd be grateful if someone could have a look, and upload if ok:
Argh! That just needs to go, it's a false positive caused by my fixing
a false positive :(
Is there a guide to editing this copyright_hints file? I can't see one online.
Thanks
Dan

Hi -
SuperCollider just released bugfix release 3.4.5. I've imported it
into the debian-multimedia git. Unless there are queries, could I
request someone to upload a package please?

Hi - thanks for reporting. Committed, and forwarded (back!) upstream
