After a recent upgrade which included csladspa, several music/audio programs,
which were not themselves updated, failed to start with a segmentation fault.

I have prepared a new version of smplayer-themes, 20120131-1, ready for
upload in git.
Other than cosmetic work, the main highlight of this release is that the
upstream tarball now contains no non-free themes, so no DFSG repacking
is needed. I have also set DM-Upload-Allowed - like my previous smp

The stack trace suggests the bug may be in libmp
ff_codec_wav_tags is not part of the ABI (all symbols with ff_ prefix in
Libav are internal and may not be used in outside applications).
MPlayer1 is designed to be compiled with an embedded copy of FFmpeg
rather than use shared libraries for libavformat etc. It does not stay
within the API export
