When using the new clc with clisp you always get a stack overflow on the
first use of clc:clc-require. If you retry it works. For some reason
it loops somewhere it cannot loop.
I need to investigate this in more detail.

Justification: renders package unusable
cl-irc needs to be adapted to work with the current version of
flexiscreens (it fails to load currently). A fix can be found in
cl-irc SVN r209.
