n HTML form, fails to mail with certain
email addresses in the $recip var. The same script in 4.04pl2 does not
fail with the same addresses.
Any thoughts on this?

The error occurs for emails addresses entered into the header field as :
$header="From: $email_required";
NOT in the $recip field. Sorry 'bout that.
