I have a 133 Mhz machine running win95/PHP/MySQL and also acts as a
mailserver.
BTW the webserver is SAMBAR 5.0

ker from saving arbitrary binary (or PHP) code in that directory,
and hence doing ANYTHING to your server.
A more secure counter could be stored in a mysql database.
