step by step of what I am doing now.
Platform is Windows 2008 R2 standard 64bit with all updates installed.
I deleted the php folder on the c:\ drive.
I removed the filters and mapping on IIS
I deleted the registry settin

I can do it if you need it. The problem is that db4 is not compatible
with the other, so we can't provide old DB drivers and DB4 at the same
