it may not be a file size problem. You might get a time-out due to script
execution time ? (default = 30 sec).
Try set_time_limit(seconds) to enlarge script exec time.

Normally windows relative path names should work. You might want to try
double forward slashes: c://php/(/)extensions. if not, try a newer apache
build!
