[PHP-WIN] mail function is returning "false".

Hi All, The mail() function is returning "false" and not sending mail. I am using NT4, IIS4 and PHP4 And my SMTP service is running. Are there any thing else that I need to set in php.ini file and/or do I need to start any service to send mail from my server with PHP. Please help me on this iss
