spent 1 hour installing the windows apache server
with perl ,php and mysql
everything works just fine

I have apache with php, and php keeps starting zombie\runaway child
processes, which return
i've got a copy of phpmyAdmin on my local and it's raw.
is there a copy out there that have a user login or some security access
before going inside the main database?
