I can think of two ways to probably fix this -
1) If you want to get rid of the error you should be able to comment the
line in your php.ini file:
extension=ph

extension_dir does point to the correct directory
i am having the same issue on my server. the server is running WinXP Pro w/
Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.3.3, no matter what extension i try to load or how i
try to point to the extensions directory i get the following error from apache:
