i have that win2000's notepad cannot recognize '\n' character
i use editplus or textpad can read "return" as my will,
is there any other character that both notepad and other text editor can
recognize

Hails All, I thought that I'd bring this up to see if anyone could help:
I went to www.php4win.org and downloaded the latest versions of PHP4Win and
Apache2.0 that were available on the site; Apache 2.0.26-dev and PHP
4.0.8-dev (I believe.) They both installed together nicely, just like
Apache 1

At the risk of sounding a lot of Phill :p, you probably have a permission
problem somewhere. Take a look at the install.txt file available in the
PHP4.0.x directory. It's pretty helpful. I've included it just in case.

find what all needs to be done to get PHP4 to remotely connect to OCI8. I'm
downloading the client libraries from Oracle right now. www.php4win.de is
down and I cannot get the distribution with OCI8 pre-compiled
