did you install the MSSQL client dll on your computer?
make sure you have the file "ntwdblib.dll", and it is available into the PATH

Setup:
- Windows XP
- Apache 1.3.27
- PHP 5.2.0
php.ini file configured. dll extensions exists.
Problem: All extensions are being loaded except php_mssql.dll
