I have php on windows 2000 running in cgi mode using Xitami Web Server
I want to connect to an Oracle 8i db.
what do I need to do?
I already added the php_oracle.dll to winnt/system32 and removed the ; from
the extensions block in php.ini ...
nothing so far...
do I need another dll ? a

I have php+apache+win2000+client oracle in my machine.
I configured my php.ini with:
extension_dir and uncomment extensions in php_oci8.dll

setup PHP/Oracle scripts with PHP running on WinNT 4.0 and Oracle running
on Solaris 8.
The problem I am having, I believe, is
giving our Netscape Enterprise Server the proper paths to the Oracle files that
seem to come automatically to the IIS server.

I am running Windows NT 4.0 Serv PK 6a, IIS 4.0 & PHP i am making the
transition from ASP to PHP, I would like to know how i can use PHP with
Oracle? Could someone breifly explain how i can set up PHP to connect to an
Oracle Database?
