I just wanted to update this request.
Someone emailed me privately with a link to the version of Imagick that
I needed. I don't know why they didn't respond directly to the list,
but I'm sure they had their reasons.

We're on IIS and I don't know what that means. We are using NTS and
FastCGI.
Did you re-compile Wincache? If so, what base version did you use? If
not, what version of Wincache are

php_imagemagick does not compile anymore under PHP 5.4, so there is
