You need to get Mark Bracewell's isapi(pseudo-wsapi) dll. It can be found
from http://wgg.com/files/PHP-WSPro/php4isapiwsp.dll . In server properties
you will need to set up mappings for
.php -> the spiffy dll
.php -> wwwserver/isapi
