I receive the following error on my NT 4.0 srerver box
with NTFS.
Warning: Failed opening 'index1.htm' for inclusion (include_path='') in
E:\users\cstone\index.php on line 47
Any ideas why I cannot create a new file, but can read an existing one. I
have tried different perms settings.
