I'm having this really strange and frustrating problem on a box with the
following:
IIS 4.0
NT SP6a
PHP 4.0.3 (in CGI mode)
php_mssql70.dll (SQL 7.0)
php_fdf.dll
Now. The box works fine with that spec. When I updrade to a
