usually the hoster gives you access to create certain numbers of DB, usually
it's only one DB but unlimited Tables
With phpMyAdmin isn't hard at all, in fact it's pretty simple, because it's
a web page

well. it looks like you are running PHP as a cgi
you should switch to PHP as a service, maybe it would work faster and better
and you won't get that CGi error
