Iv'e installed Apache, configured and tested it: works fine. Installed PHP4
and made a file phpinfo.php. When I type 'http://localhost/phpinfo.php' I
get the following message:
'Erro
Network BlitzTHANK YOU times 1000! This installer uses 4.0.4, which seems
to work beautifully with PWS. I could not get 4.0.5 or 4.0.6 to work with
it.
OK now, what kind of functionality is mising? Hmm...

That is the version I am running also. I have the 4.0.6-dev from
Sourceforge. I'll try that and an earlier version and see what happens.
