I want to use fsockopen() with SSL, but I get this error message.

How do I enable ssl-support for php?
I uncommented the line in for the php_openssl.dll extension in php.
I am in need of a utility to parse incoming emails.
Preferably it would be a free email server for windows that has the ability
to forward an email to PHP, which in turn parses it and adds it to a
database.
Is there something like this out there, or are there only the ones for
Linux?

They should both be there, but perhaps they have left it out from the new
PHP4.0.5RC1, since preg is ever so much faster...
Strange though, since I think there are many sites who need to rewrite their
code to upgrade...
