I can't get php4apache2.dll (php4.2.2) to work with Apache 2.0.40. I get:
"Cannot load C:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll into server: The specified
procedure could not be found."
...same goes for mod_perl.
Is there some incompatibility I don't know about?

I'll guess that you need an updated php4apache2.dll.
