[PHP-WIN] Compiling PHP as a filter for apache2 on win32

[PHP-WIN] Apache crashes on exit with PHP 4.0.4+

Hello, using Apache 1.3.14 with PHP as module on WinNT 4.0 SP6. Shutdowns well with 4.0.3pl1, but 4.0.4, 4.0.4pl1 and 4.0.5-dev crashes every time referencing invalid memory (or smth like that). Of course, no problem serving pages, but something is wrong. Any ideas would be nice ;) Regards, Pau
