Would be grateful if someone couldkindly point me in the right direction.
Whenever I try to connect to mysql server, I get these messsage back

mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO moses@"%" IDENTIFIED BY "cludiana";
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: '@127.0.0.1' (Using password: NO)

I would be gratefull if someone could point me in the right direction. I have sent
hours trying to resolve
this and even had to reinstall my operating system - windows 2000.
I seem to followed all the instructions,in terms of moving the php.ini file to the
C:/winnt folder and
php4ts.dll
