Also, when I tried CGI over Apache I got 3.x seconds which tells me
that it should run faster on IIS (CGI-nts)
Or:
PHP NTS (for IIS) runs faster than TS (For Apache) even though Apache
has always been the main server for PHP.
Any ideas?
