I recently installed PHP using the installer provided onto my Windows
2000/NT5 IIS... when I try and run anything with the .php extension I get
the error:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of

Someone recently suggested a good PHP editor - similar to notepad. After
reformatting, I lost the program and the url... anyone remember it ? Thanks
