[PHP-WIN] Re: How to allow ~user/xxx.php on Windows XP

associated with php, any html file on the user's web directory can not be correctly displayed just as the .php file, while things are fine when the same file is located at the DocumentRoot directory of Apache. I must be missing something here. Any insight? -- Gang Wang "Neil Smith"
