How do I install the ming library on windows??
I copied the php_ming.dll that I had on another computer and enabled this
line in php.ini extension=php_ming.dll
but I still get that error Call to undefined function Ming_setScale()

hi, I just started using windows vista on a new computer and it wont let me
install php it tells me that my user doesnt have the rights necesary. Yet
my user is the administrator.
