PHP runs faster as CGI-nts (IIS) than Module-ts (Apache), as per
Windows Server 2008 R2 running PHP 5.5.3 x64 with Apache 2.4 x64 I was
getting benchmarks of over 15 secs, I just ran the same benchmark on
Windows Serv
