Could anyone verify that isapi_fcgi.dll works with PHP 5.1.4 for them?

The latest version of phpEditIni is now available for download at

This latest release fixes a bug that prevented it working on Windows 2000. I
guess
it would also apply to Windows XP (and possibly Windows NT 4.0).

With PHP 5.1.2, FastCGI works fine.
I downloaded the PHP 5.1.4 binaries and replaced my 5.1.2 install. I now
get the following error when I load a PHP page.
