[PHP-INSTALL] Secure Layer support PHP 4.3.4 as Apache 2 module

Trying to build PHP 4.4 as apache 2.0.48 module with OpenSSL 0.9.6b support but while build doesn´t make any complaints I can´t see secure layer stream on the phpinfo() http://www.blakout.net/temp/ page and neither does any file(https://someurl) works. Here are the compilation options: ./configure
