[PHP-INSTALL] need help in file upload

Hi, I have upgraded my php version to 5.3.3 and apache 2.2.17. We are using post to upload a file. When i try to upload a file. It is failing. Please help. In old version 5.1.2 the same is working fine. -- Krish
