[PHP-INST] Compiling a completely static binary

icant amount of time to startup and I think it is due at least in part to all of the shared library dependencies. I am using PHP as a CGI on a FreeBSD box under Zeus. PHP is running as a CGI for security. It is a shared hosting environment, so all CGI scripts run as the owner of the script. -- Da
