[PHP-INSTALL] Vista and PHP

Hi My name is Flavio and I have a problem to start Apache; I have installed EasyPhp on my Pc, which uses Vista 64 bit: when I start up Apache a window tell me "Another service uses the same gate". I have introduced in httpd file all these IP addresses with different gates but with no good
