I have installed PHP 5.0.0RC3 on my Windows XP Professional system, which
has IIS version 5.0 with it. The pages seem to work okay and all the output
seems to be there, but every page starts with a ' PHP has encountered an

Its highly possible that some module is not working
properly.
Check for smtp related module setting in php.ini.
