[PHP-INST] Xitami with PHP

I put php.ini in the c:\windows folder like it says and disable cgi.force_redirect in order to get it to work with Xitami but for some reason it still says that cgi.force_redirect is enabled and that "Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly." I think this is a fairly simple question
