I installed php 4.0.4 (cgi binary) and apache 1.3.14 on window 2000. When I
run
in the 'DocumentRoot' directory, it works. But when I
run
a php cgi script stored in the "cgi-bin" directory, it gives an error:
"Internal Server Error.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguratio

The following lines are also included in httpd.conf.
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml .html

If its the same as prevous versions, its the file called INSTALL in the
top level of the source directory.

PHP doesn't seem to work on Windows.NET.
Since the guys at PHP don't think this is a bug, I woul love to here the
solution to make PHP work on Windows.NET.
Here's what I posted on the bug report:
If I open a .php page, I get a "404 error file not found". The file
