I just downloaded the php-4.0.4pl1 file, which is supposed to be the
complete set. I looked at the INSTALL.TXT, README.TXT, and
WIN32_PACKAGE.TXT files in the Win32 folder. Apparently what I downloaded
is not complete as MSVCRT.DLL, PHP4TS.DLL, PHP.EXE, and PHP4ISAPI.DLL files
are not contained

Is it possible to compile php4 as an executable? I want to be able to run
.php files from the command line. If it is, can someone tell me what
options I have to use to do this.
