i have some trouble using imap functions with php.
php 4.3.6 has been compiled with --with-imap=/usr/local
and the imap-c-client2004rc9
include files rfc822.h/mail.h/linkage.h where copied to
/usr/local/include
phpinfo() tells me it has in version 4.1 also.

i am trying configure imap extentions for php which needed imap.tar.Z
c-client files.
mine is redhat linux 7.3 so i need to do make lnp SSLTYPE=none but when
i do that command execution i am getting error like
tools/an "ln -s" src/c-client c-client
: bad interpreter: no such fi
i need to install imap with php. I have php installed but i guess i need to
remake it with the correct option. i looked at the doc for imap and found
the files i needed. i have now installed the package i downloaded for
imap-2002e
now that i have done that is all i need to do remake php
