somehow I don't get a cgi built compiled. Why is it sapi/cgi/config9.m4 and not
config.m4 and more important, may that be the reason that cgi does not build?

i ' ve installed php5 , iis5 successfully,
iis worked well
but even not 1php program can be run
all pages i want to see the result by using iis and following header (http:\\localhost\filename.php) cant be shown,
