\scripts is where all scripts set in the registry are able to execute. The
registry is set properly for .php to execute with c:\php\php.exe

Did you configure the scripts folder to run php?

No, placed it in c:\webshare\scripts. \scripts is where scripts execute on
PWS (confirmed by ASP working, ASP SUCKS). Plus I can make all the folders
executable if I want to.
