[PHP-INSTALL] PHP, MySQL and PHPMyAdmin installed on IIS 5.0 install problem

I have installed MySQL, PHP and PHPMyAdmin and I keep getting this message; CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are: Anyone, I have completely read the documentation and FAQ 1.4 says to read the install.txt
