I have max_execution_time = 0 in my ini for a binary installation of PHP.
I have also tried to set it to a number such as 3000.
In my install i used the configure argument
-with-config-file-path=/usr/local/php_bin.ini and this is the ini that
i am changing.
Yet none of my scripts
