I have a similar setup only I use PostgreSQL and though I started with
Mailman 2.0.13, I'm now on 2.1b3. mod_so.c is compiled into Apache on my
system, so I'm not sure what the difference is, except that I used
Apachetoolbox (http://www.apachetoolbox.com) to compile Apache & PHP &
