I try it with apache 2.0.16 & php4.0.4pl1 (or 4.0.5) as a shared module
(--with-apxs2 ) on debian linux. It works but I didn't test it deeply.

Use current CVS of both PHP and Apache if you are going to work with
Apache 2.0
