when i try to run a php file i get this in the browser...
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Invalid URI in request GET /tests/test.php HTTP/1.0
does this shed any light on why my php isn't working on my linux system?
l the httpd.conf settings. i'm at a complete loss.
so, i was wondering if this 'not recognizing' php names has anything to
do with
it. i'm sure this is an idiotic question, but i'm fed up.

i installed php4 on my linux 7 system.
when i try to access a .php file, it tries to save it to disk.
i changed the httpd.conf file already.
