your path of file is not a path WINDOWS
change your path of mouse.txt file for :
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\var\www\hidden\mouse.txt
or if the path : /var/www/hidden is define in your php.ini the variable :
tmp_upload_file
change this variable for a windows path
under you find any variable def

check your php.ini and put this path in include_path
and restart your server
repeat that for all error of type : "failed to open
stream..."

--with-ld --enable-so ( or --disable-static )
