not sure if this helps but for php my path was c:\php\php.exe for apache it
was c:\apache\apache.exe for mysql it was c:\mysql\mysql.exe check the
my.ini in the mysql area and make sure its correct
try this:
LoadFile C:/PHP/php4ts.dll
Loadmodule php4_module c:\php\sapi\php4apache.dll
AddType ap
problems will be query based (lol)

i didnt see the mail come up in the newsgroup. turned out that i didnt send
a confirmation of my email to the central headquaters. after which all my
'test' mails came thru. this was not deliberate or intentional
